Class Christmas Party

I still have to edit a video of Ethan's Halloween party...then I can post those pictures! I wouldn't bother at this point, but I already have the pictures loaded! ;-) I was going through the 600+ pictures in my organizer and saw the pics I took at Natalie's Christmas party and realized I hadn't posted them either! I thought I had! So here are a few of them!

Her class mom isn't nearly as organized as Ethan's, but she is very nice and had some fun activities for he kids to do. They first made some reindeer out of flower pots and hand-prints.

Natalie cutting out her hand-prints.

All done! Waiting for the next step.

Gluing on googly eyes!

They filled the pots with candy so the "antlers" would stand up in the pots. Natalie was very proud of her reindeer!

They stood around for quite some time while the class mom talked to other moms. The kids seemed content eating candy and chatting with each other.

Then they played "Santa BINGO."

Natalie was pretty bummed when she didn't win, but she was having fun anyway!

This picture cracks me up. I know she's not in focus, but her expressions can be just as good as Roby's and Ethan's!

I was happy I was able to go to her party! I don't think I'll be able to go to either of their Valentines Day parties, so it was nice to spend some time with Ethan at his Halloween one and her at her Christmas one!

I was shocked last year when I was nearly the only parent to show up to the class parties but even more shocked this year because they DO NOT even invite you. I can kind of understand considering the size of the classrooms at this school. Im still trying to figure out how they do anything other than sit at their desks. There is NO floor space what so ever which means no reading circle or nothing. Its amazing how small the classrooms are. J says its the easiest way to keep class sizes down and force the district to build more new schools. Sure but still, TIGHT!
