I just got home from volunteering at the book fair for the kids' school. While I was there I helped five classes write down some books on a wish list. As each class came in the librarian spoke to each one by name, only missing one that I noticed. When I was leaving I told her that I was seriously impressed that she can remember so many names! She then of course asked me if I had kids that go to school there and what their names are. She knew who Natalie in Kindergarten was right away, and after I told her who Ethan's teacher was (too many Ethan's!!!) she knew who he was too. Her comments on our kids cracked me up...it is always interesting to hear other peoples view of your children!
"Oh, that Ethan, he is very quiet isn't he? And Natalie is much more...social! But they don't look anything alike with her long dark hair and his light hair!"
I knew they were different socially, but didn't realize it was that obvious! And I seriously think that was the first time I've heard someone say that they look nothing alike!

Nothing alike? Was she talking about the same kids? I also agree that Natalie is social but I didnt consider Ethan all that quiet. Maybe its just how they were around me. But seriously, not look alike. Are you kidding me?!
