I am finally posting pictures of Natalie's field trip almost two weeks ago! I am a huge slacker, I know, but better late than never!
Ethan being...well...Ethan!
Natalie was extremely excited!!!
Can you tell?!
That morning she told me all kinds of rules that the learned when they practiced getting on and off the bus. The bus driver explained why being quiet on the bus is important, where the emergency exits are and how they work, etc. I was very impressed that they did this!
Before we headed out for the nature walk, we were able to meet some animals in a big room. We all sat in a big circle so the animals would stay in the middle...which is why I don't have any pics of it. Our guide showed us a rabbit, box turtle, and a salamander! We learned several things about each that I didn't even know! Natalie like the turtle the best!
I wish the picture was in focus 'cause I love her expression!!!
"Look up there mom!!!"
The guide explains why they want everyone to stay on the trail...things like Stinging Nettles and Poison Oak!!!
I don't' remember why she was making this face (probably why I should post pictures right after I take them)...I think she was asking me why we didn't see any wild animals like bears, foxes, and rabbits!
On the 20 minute drive back to school Nat was probably the only kids who almost fell asleep! Most likely because I was sitting next to her instead of a friend!

The little girl I suppose is your little girl. She has the most appealing smile I have seen. Reminds me of our granddaughter.
So many nice photos.
I love all of these, it looks like a fun trip.
The first one of Ethan had me rolling. Could it ever be more perfect! The boy summed up in one shot.
