Seeing Santa

The kids have been getting really excited for Christmas! Neither has asked me any more questions about Santa, which has been nice. (Looking at this post makes me kind of sad that some of the mystery and excitement may not happen this year...) Because I got done with my last final on Tuesday last week, and only had a conference on Wednesday, we went to see Santa last week - we went to the same place we've gone for the last couple years. They were both really excited to go, telling me what they were going to ask for. I picked them up from school and headed over hoping to get there before the after school crowd. We walked in and Santa was waiting for us!

Talking to Ethan.
I think he was asking him if he listens to his parents and if he's nice to his sister.

Cheese!

Telling Ethan a secret.

For some reason Natalie was still nervous to go talk to Santa.

Santa's helper found hats for them all to wear. Nat thought this was hilarious!

Talking to Nat.

Asking her if she is nice to her big brother.

I'm guessing from her expression that she isn't always...

Cheese with Santa!

Time to tell Nat a secret too!

I can't get over how awesome Santa is! He takes his time with each child, asking them questions, making them feel special, and telling them each a secret (what he told them, I don't know!). The kids were jumping around, all excited, when we left! I hope there is still some magic left in Christmas! Two more days!

Maybe Im just hyper sensitive but this brought tears to my eyes. They are so cute and the experience is so special. I love your santa! And the pictures of course.
