Natalie's Room -- Part Three

Then it was time to put some stuff back in her room! I figured at this point we could put her bed, some of her toys, and an area rug down. This would let her actually use her room until we could replace the flooring. We still aren't 100% sure if we want to go the carpet route again or try a laminate/wood. We're thinking resale, but we also have to consider wear and tear between now and when we would sell... So much to think about when deciding on something like that!

First in, the bed and area rug!

She was THRILLED when she saw this!

Then a bunch of stuff that was in the family room!

I then put up the butterfly and flower wall stickers! So girlie! I only put them on two walls, as I think any more than that would just be too much. I'm almost considering taking them off the window wall...we'll see after we put up her wall art.

And this is what Nat's room looks like for now! I didn't fully put her bed together or give her all her toys. I figured that we would wait until we got different flooring down to do all that.

Adding some decoration around her light-switch with the leftover stickers.

I put some up along the top of her closet as well.

She was a very happy little girl!

After all that, we still are clueless as to what to do with the floors. I feel like whatever we decide to do with her room is what we're going to need to do with the rest of the house. I'm NOT a mix and match kind of gal. Hopefully some kind of decision will be made pretty soon and she'll get to have ALL her stuff back!

Reading time.

Natalie enjoying being back in her own space...I think they both were!

Her room looks GREAT. I love those stickers and how you put them along the closet and light switch. That was some very creative thinking.
