Natalie has been bugging me and bugging me for at least six months to get her hair cut to her shoulders. I have been telling her that we would talk about it and see if that is something she really wanted to do or if it is something she just wanted right then. Six months later I guess she really wanted it! Not to mention I'm tired of her almost crying every time I brush her hair and she can't do it on her own at all! :-)
I called the salon we go to and scheduled her for an hour later. We went it, sat down, told the lady what we wanted and she went to work!

An excited Natalie!
She used the flat iron on her hair so it would be easier to cut and to make sure she got it the right length on both sides.
I asked her to cut it just above her shoulders. If we were going to do it, we were going to do it all the way! At first she had it about an inch and a half below. I asked her to keep going!
When she was done, Natalie was jumping up and down and smiling the whole way home!!! She LOVES it!!! She loves how it feels and is excited to (hopefully) be able to brush it on her own!
I had to take a picture to send to Roby, and she asked me to take a couple pictures with my regular camera too.
Because I'm so used to her long glorious hair, I think it will take a bit for me to get used to. But I do think she looks adorable as always! :-) Not to mention more grown up!!!

I LOVE her hair!! Very cute & definitely more grown up.
I adore Nats hair like this. I think the flat iron was awesome and I am interested to see what it looks like on a normal day. Flat ironing takes so much work. I like they did it for perfect lengtb but hate when I leave the salon and can not emulate what they did.
AW...I miss her long hair! But if this is what she wants....:) She's perfectly georgeous as always! Hugs!
