Because of the snow and wind we had last week, our last final got pushed back until Thursday at 5pm. Six finals was a LOT!!! Two were not paper tests, but they counted just as much. Here's the rundown of my grades! (I'm pretty happy about them as I know they wont be like this from now on as the classes get harder next semester.)
Dental hygiene of anatomical science: written final was a 92% because of the finial in which we had to determine which tooth was laying on the table (20 of them!), she combined them and it raised my final grade to a 94% - My overall grade was a 93%.
My radiology class final started at an 89%, I'm not sure why, but it got raised to a 93% (discrepancy with questions?) - My overall grade was a 96%
In radiology lab, I got a 86% on the final (that I took x-rays on Roby), combined with the 95% I got on patient x-rays, it gave me a 93% overall. I'm still not thrilled with my final grade in that class, because some people were given different treatment during it than others (I was one of the others...). Its ok, though, because I still have an A overall.
One of my harder classes (to know what she was going to ask us questions about): Principles of dental hygiene, I got an 89% on final - 91.07 overall (B).
And the last class we were finally able to take the final on Oral Histology and Embryology. Ugh! He decided to cram 8 sections in in two weeks and have them all be on the final. Previously, we had only done one section a week. It was crazy! I, surprisingly, got a 94.5% on the final! - 91.04% overall (B).
I'm sooo glad the first semester is done! It feels good to see some of the time finished finally! Only four more semesters...
But for now, I have another 3 or so weeks off!!! I have SO SO SO much to do during that time, I know I won't get bored! ;-) I have pictures from our trip this last weekend, but haven't even put them on my computer yet. I'll try to do that tomorrow before Natalie's orthodontist appt...lets hope that goes well!
