The weather called for a CHANCE of snow FLURRIES this weekend. To my surprise, there were several inches of snow on the ground when I drug myself out of bed at 8:15 this morning!
Maggie wasn't so sure if she wanted to go outside in it! (She has been shivering now that it has been under 60 degrees!) But, Max led the way!
Nikole spent the night last night, and the girls' reactions were great! (Ethan is at his friends.) Natalie squealed like I knew she would! I love her genuine, pure excitement about the simple things in life! Nikole simply said, "Well, I didn't think it was going to snow THAT much!" They have both asked if they could play outside in it, which I'm sure they will in a bit. But I need to get over the fact that it's OCTOBER TENTH and we have several inches of snow...and its still snowing! This is Nebraska, not a northern state!!!

Maggie would LOVE Vegas. I would NOT love Nebraska. Enjoy your snow, I will continue to enjoy my low 80s. Thank you very much.
