One of my good friends from Germany is moving back to the states in a couple weeks. Her son (a year older than Natalie), "Q-Tip" is having a hard time with the change. This is very understandable as he's lived in Europe his entire life!!! I know we can't help much, but I thought it would be nice if the kids sent him a little note letting him know they were thinking of him and that that living here isn't so scary! I had some Omaha postcards that I bought not long after we moved here (for what reason...I still don't remember), so let them use those.
Ethan's postcard:
"Hi Sam. The states are an awesome place to live. We might even see each other again. From Ethan"
Natalie's postcard:
"Hi Sam. I miss you Sam. Maybe we might get to go to where you live. Love Natalie"
I love how simple they are. And I hope it makes him smile even for a few minutes!

These cards were FABULOUS and he did smile, really big. Now to get my lazy bum in gear to have him write back.
