A couple weeks ago when we had to turn the heat on for the first time no warm air came out of the vents. I called housing maintenance and they came that day to fix the pilot light (maybe...it could be called something else...I have no idea). It is currently 21 degrees outside, and this is what our thermostat says.Only a 15 degree difference! It is going to get a LOT colder here, and I don't want that difference to get significantly worse! Not to mention, when I feel by the air vents the air coming out is again cool. I called maintenance yesterday and they should be coming out later today. I'm hoping they don't "quick fix" something so that it will break again in a few weeks.

So here I am getting jealious of your quick maintenance men but low and behold its the same shit we get here. Go figure...
