Today is my brother's birthday. He is two years older than me for another five months (I'm not sure why, but this was always a big deal when we were growing up!). Although he probably doesn't look at this very often, I am thinking of him and want to wish him a MERRY 26th BIRTHDAY!!!

I was going to light the pumpkins last night, but wasn't feeling well and completely forgot. I knew that I needed to do it this morning before the sun came up because they are already extremely wilted. So here they are, the kids pumpkins!!!

Okay wait a minute here people. Are these stencils or drawings? How the...? Way to go Ethan! And I love Nats "girl kitty", the spider on her nose is too cool. Okay our pumpkins suck.
Why are your pumpkins wilting? I have to throw ours away now, above the radiator was a VERY bad idea. They are wilted nothingness now.
LOL They are from a kit...you tape a pattern on your pumpkin, poke holes so you know where to cut...etc. I think they are wilting because it got up to 60 yesterday and they were sitting in the sun. I dunno, thats my best guess...that and Nat's was already going bad before we started carving.
Awesome pumpkin carving!!! Great job Ethan & Natalie! We didn't do pumpkins this year...I think it't the first year we haven't...:( Catie is just getting too old for that stuff....but not too old to go trick or treating! Hope you all have a safe, fun Halloween!
