At The Beach: Seattle Trip--Ferry Ride (July 5th)

While at the beach, there is no way to not go into Seattle for at least one day. After a lot of deliberating, we decided the Seattle Science Center would be the best reason to make the trip. And the cheapest way for ten people to get to Seattle? Take the ferry! Ethan had been on one before, but he was so little he doesn't remember...so it was more or less the kids' first ferry ride! They were extremely fascinated by how it all works and wanted to go out on the front right away! The kids out on the front, just leaving the dock...

...it was just a bit cold!

Leaving the cove that the ferry dock is in. You can see part of Seattle over there!

Sail boat and a mountain.

More of Seattle coming into view.

We all needed a break from the cool fresh air! Nat and Grandma Nan.

I went out by myself to see if I could get a clearer picture...beautiful!!!

What is one of my posts without a picture of Ethan making a face?!?!

Docking in Seattle.

This is Mr. Seagull.

Gma Nan stole a kiss!!!
Nat was looking down at Mrs. and Baby Seagull!

Ethan showing Conner where the baby was.

This is just the start of the Seattle pics...more to come in a few!

Riding the ferry is fun but that head wind is crazy!
